My nan passed away two years from Dementia.
In memory of my nan I have now done my Ultra Challenge (Jurassic Coast Challenge). Walking 62 miles from Poole to Bridport. Also on the 13th October me & my dad have completed the London Memory Walk(4.6 miles) starting at Honourable Artillery Company (HAC) Grounds walking along the Thames & finishing at the Honourable Artillery Company (HAC) Grounds
