Every year at TB Fitness we like to raise money for charity. It has been a challenging year for many due to the pandemic so this year we plan to raise money for Buckinghamshire Mind.

Mind is a charity that supports mental ill health. It is important to remember just like physical health we all have mental health and sometimes we can experience mental ill health. So many people have faced challenges during the pandemic such as, bereavement & loss, financial insecurity, depression, anxiety, carer responsibilities and more. The need for support is greater than ever before for both mental health services and the people that need them. 

With your support we plan to raise £1000!! For every pound donated I will do 10 reps of a particular exercise! So if you donate £10 I have to do 100 reps! I will regularly change the exercise and complete my  reps depending on the latest donations!
