On the 10th of July, we're heading to Dorney Lake, Berkshire, armed with bikes, running shoes and speedos (sorry) to take part in the Media Trust Triathlon. We're a particularly competitive bunch, and have put together an elite team of swimmers, runners and cyclists to take on the challenge.

We've always been avid supporters of charities, and having worked with The Albert Kennedy Trust, Rays of Sunshine, Ataxia UK and more, we understand the importance of communications for raising awareness and funds for these vital causes. Media Trust use their industry expertise to provide excellent communications solutions for charities across the country, including Alzheimer's Research UK, Macmillan Cancer support and Royal Hospital Chelsea.
