Dear Peepz... Assalamualaikum (Peace be with you).

I'm back once again preparing for another delightful charity challenge for Africa!  This time.. working with Muslim Hands who are dedicated to serving the most vulnerable
people across the world by addressing the root causes of poverty and empowering communities.

 My challenge is:

• Running from Reading to Maidenhead
  
•  Cycling back from Maidenhead to Reading 
  

Then to finish it off:

• 10 x 3minute rounds of Punch Bag work.

Alhamdulillah.. I have been blessed  with the strength, determination & health to break a sweat and do this for a worthy cause.

I need all of your support and donations to help make this happen ! To keep me motivated and train hard to perform this 29.7mile run, cycle and punish the punch bag at the end of it too ! All in a space of around 3.5 hours!

Alhamdulillah, we have been blesed with so much.. yet we realise at times ! Let’s give something back to those in need.
