For this years RUNGMC 24 hour running relay, I am pushing myself further than I ever have before, and running for the full 24 hours, with limited stops for refuelling. I will be running loops of Portholme meadow in the heat of the day time and in the pitch black of the night time.

Mentally and physically this is a huge challenge and not something I have attempted before, so I really appreciate your support.
