Our first Thanet Squash Rackets Club triathlon consists of:

Stage 1 - Cycle from Squash club to Minnis bay and back to Walpole bay tidal pool following the coastal cycle route No.15 (approx 25km)

Stage 2 - Swim four widths of the tidal pool (approx. 400m)

Stage 3 - Cycle from Walpole bay to squash club following coastal cycle route No.15 (approx 5km)

Stage 4 - Run from squash club to Ramsgate harbour and back to the squash club (approx12km)

It's not a race... but a personal challenge to complete!  However those completing in under 3 hours will be entered into the TSRC hall of fame!!

Helping to give something back to the Pilgrims Hospice for the fantastic work that the team do in ensuring that those people who are admitted get the best possible support to their closing period of their life!
