Story
I will be climbing Mount Snowdon InshaAllah, the largest mountain in England and Wales. I am part of the University of Liverpool Islamic Society and we will be working on behalf of Muslim Hands (Reg No. 1105056), a U.K based charity who are raising money for a much needed Bread factory in Aleppo, Syria.
It costs approximately £467 per day to run this Bread factory with a monthly running cost of around £14,000. This Bread factory produces 6,000 loaves per day, which are delivered by volunteers to 1,500 needy and poor families. This amounts to around 7,500 individuals being fed on a daily basis.
We are pledging to raise money to run this bread factory for a whole month, thus aiming to raise £14,000. This is a lifesaving cause for a country under severe humanitarian need.
