Thirty six of us in my year at Maidwell will be walking 55 miles of the rugged Pembrokeshire Coast over three days to raise money for School Readers. During these nights we will be camping and we will be cooking our own meals each day. We will have to walk very quickly in order to arrive in time to set up our camp each night before dark. We will be walking along with our headmaster, two other teachers and our parents.

Please can you help donate to School Readers because it will provide volunteers to do one-to-one reading to children in primary schools. If children have good literacy skills it will change their life by giving them better chances. One in four children in 2017 were leaving their school without achieving the expected reading level.
