In September 2013, Lucy and I will dust off the cobwebs after a 2-year break to return to South-East Asia to join a Vietnam cycle challenge leaving Hanoi, heading south and off the beaten track along the dusty coastal plains to finish in Ho Chi Minh City 11 days later.

Whilst we anticipate the cycle ride to be challenging, as on previous excursions we have made, we expect it to be hugely rewarding and we take great pride in being able to raise funds again for Macmillan Cancer Support, who continue to make a massive difference to the lives of people living with cancer in the UK. Once again we will be covering most of our expenses personally so that the vast majority of funds raised pass directly to the charity.
