Working with Noa for 6 years I am able to see with my own eyes the amazing and life changing support they give to girls in our community who you may not even realise need it. 

Noa Girls works with adolescent girls in the Orthodox Jewish
community providing them with practical, emotional and therapeutic support in a sensitive, and non-judgmental environment. We empower the girls, helping them move forward, build self-esteem, and lead more productive, healthy and meaningful lives.

Adolescence can be challenging enough with self-esteem,
changing social situations and body image becoming more central to everyday life. But the girls Noa supports often face many additional issues such as bullying, eating disorders, difficult home situations, anxiety and depression or traumatic life events. Noa provides a life line for many girls who have nowhere else to turn.

Noa offers each girl tailored caring support to meet her individual needs ensuring she has the tools and confidence to confront and overcome the unique challenges and struggles in her life.  

I have committed to run 10km in the Maccabi COMMUNITY fun run in order to raise some much needed funds for Noa. My hope is that my efforts will inspire you to dig deep and sponsor me which will enable the girls at Noa to feel the acceptance and support of the community.
