The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

On the 30th August, I will be taking part in the National Three Peaks Challenge with my wonderful (& brave) colleagues.

If you are unfamiliar with what this is, it is essentially scaling the three highest peaks in the UK: Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in the Lake District and lastly Mount Snowdon in Wales - all within 24 hours!!!

I am both excited and daunted by this challenge but we are doing it for a great cause and helping support a wonderful charity.
