The Flexlife team and I are cycling 372 miles over the course of 3 days to raise money for the Monty's Maggie's appeal which helps cancer patients in Aberdeen and Newcastle based Centres. We are setting off from Aberdeen on the 16th of August to arrive in Edinburgh on the 18th! It would be very appreciated if you could donate to this amazing cause!
