MIND helps people with all different types of mental health problems.
Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem.
But every hundreds of thousands of people are still struggling.
This charity is important to me as like many others and their families are dealing with mental health problems weither it's yourself or a family member or even your friends, it affect a lot of people.
And raising money for charities like this can make a difference to help support those in need of help and guidance. Even if it's just the chance to talk to someone or just give them advice to help them through the day.
MIND believes no-one should have to face mental health problems alone and everyone does matter. "We'll listen, give you support and advice, and fight your corner"
