Last Summer, I volunteered with Selfless on their Medical Elective Aid programme in Bangladesh providing free healthcare to some of the poorest people in the World. Together we managed to reach approximately 3000 people, for whom access to healthcare is otherwise scarce, in our short time out there.

This year, I'm continuing to volunteer with Selfless but this time with the "A brush with kindness" programme. Tooth decay is the world's most common non-contagious disease, and oral diseases affect 3.9 billion people around the world. We can help improve oral health standards in Bangladesh by inexpensive and easy methods such as promoting brushing and oral health education .

Thank you for reading and please help me to reach my fundraising target of £850. Last year with your help, I smashed my target; hopefully we can do the same again this year! 

NOTE: Due to unforeseen flight cost increases, £150 of my fundraising total will contribute towards the flight costs.
