Now that's the techy bit over here's our story! 

It's time to break out the running shoes, sunglasses, white t shirt and shorts and get covered in paint. That's right you read that correctly Lucy and I will be running the Rowcroft Hospice Colour Rush 5k run in September this year.  

We want to raise money for our local hospice as a way of remembering loved ones who were taken from us by cancer, including my Grandma Dartmouth, Lucy's Auntie Linda and Great Uncle Peter.  We wish cancer didn't exist but it does and anything that can help and support people living with it, gets our support. We hope we can count on yours!
