On the 17th October we suddenly lost our beautiful, vibrant, loving and kind Tanya.

Mark, Joseff, Elis, Finley and all of the family are so grateful for the love and support shown to them at this heartbreaking time. 

Tanya always gave so much to others and through her life and passing, we know that many lives have been blessed in so many ways. 

In Tanya's memory and honour we would like to continue to support others. We have chosen 2 particular charities close to her heart, which she supported and personally fundraised for - Cancer Research Wales and Y Bont.

We would also like to take this opportunity to raise awareness of Organ Donation. Please talk to your family and loved ones about Organ Donation. Thankfully Tanya had already chatted to the boys about her wishes which made it so much easier when the tragic moment came. We are so proud that through her bravery and selflessness there are families out there today whose lives have just taken on a new meaning and they finally have hope for their future.
