As most of you know I lost my beloved Granny over Christmas 2017 following a long battle with dementia.

I'm not going to lie, grief has hit me hard but I'm determined to make something positive come from my experience.

As you all know, I'm NOT the fittest or fastest person in Wiltshire  so I've enlisted the support and butt kicking skills of my friend and Personal Trainer Liddy to walk with me!
