Freedom to run

London Marathon 2018 · 22 April 2018 ·
Thanks for visiting my page. Seats for my charity supper have now sold out but my just giving page is still open for business! . . Informal falafel and hummus always available at mine, though, if you would like to share food in return for sponsorship! . . .

"Justice and hope for the forgotten" is what Amos Trust is all about. Working with local and international peace activists and partnering with grass-roots projects, Amos Trust calls for a just peace, reconciliation and full equal rights for all Palestinians and Israelis.
That's the big and difficult bit. The bit I have to do is small and easy by comparison: to run the London Marathon. It's a long way, though, and requires a significant commitment from me to get me round in one piece, with knees in tact and all good things so its my version of big and difficult.
The bit I'm hoping you'll do, to support the big steps of Amos and the smaller (but very many) running steps I am doing is sponsor me for my efforts.
For anyone who might be experiencing a sense of deja vu - Tara, Palestine, running, sponsorship - I am hereby delighted to confirm and promise, by the way, that I will never again by running a marathon so, by extension, will not be coming with cap doffed any time soon. Please help me push the boat out for a final time, then: feeling supported will be the wind in my sails and make the journey so much sweeter.

Or talk to me! Available for runs and/or wine depending on preference.
