As some of you may be aware on Friday 18th of December I lost one of my best friends, Rob Wilden (@deathsure), to mental illness. Rob was the most kind, loving, funny and talented person I ever had the pleasure of knowing and I can’t imagine my future without him. 

Throughout January me and my ever supportive boyfriend Owen will be running a total of 300K (150k each) to raise money for Mind in the hope we can help to prevent this happening again. 

Please donate what you can but also look out for your friends, family and yourself.
