Story

Hey guys,

In almost two weeks time (!!!) I will be joining Mo Farah and 35,000+ other runners on a 26 mile (42.2km) circuit of the streets of London. If all goes to plan I'm aiming to finish in under 4 hours; Mo is only aiming to complete half the distance...

I will be raising money on the behalf of the PSP Association. This is the only UK charity dedicated to providing support for those living with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. They also fund research into the causes, treatment and hopefully a cure for this disease.

PSP is caused by the continual death of nerve cells in the brain and affects ~4,000 people in the UK. As a rare condition it is often misdiagnosed and whilst there is no effective treatment, there are many therapies that can help manage symptoms. Simply, they could really do with your help.

--------

Bizarrely I quite enjoy running, but the 2-3hr long runs in this
cold, harsh ‘Spring’ haven't exactly been easy. While Sunday 21st April can't come soon enough, raising a sizeable sum for this deserving charity would make it all the more worthwhile.

Any support (before or on the day) or a donation of any amount would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your time.

Tash

p.s. Currently I have no plans to wear anything stupid and embarrass myself any more than I do on a regular basis... Buttt if you have an idea and are prepared to put your money where your mouth is... Go for it!
