I'm hoping to raise £350 for The Little Princess Trust. This is a charity that provide real-hair wigs for FREE to children that have sadly suffered hair loss from cancer treatment or other conditions, including alopecia. Wigs that are made from hair donations are given to the charity free of charge. However, hair donations alone is not enough and additional wigs have to be purchased by the charity at an average cost of £350 each. 

I plan to get my hair cut on the 21st February 2015. I will be getting at least 22cm chopped off, which will be donated to The Little Princess Trust to help make a wig for a little girl or boy undergoing Cancer treatment. I would love to raise an additional £350 to help put a smile on the face of another child!

I understand that the set date is just 3 weeks away...but I would be truly appreciative of any money that can be raised for this wonderful charity. Hair loss can be traumatic for anyone, especially for a young child. It can make them feel vulnerable, exposed and can seriously affect their confidence. So, by raising awareness and donating hair to this charity I hope to help give a child their confidence back.

The real-hair wigs offered by The Little Princess Trust are tailored to the individual child, to help create the most realistic look and feel that is as close to their natural hair as possible.
