We are the world’s largest charity dedicated to saving lives through research. Our vision is to bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. Cancer Research UK is a registered charity in England and Wales (1089464), Scotland (SC041666), the Isle of Man (1103) and Jersey (247).

Story

Sadly, cancer now affects most families and the only way to beat it is to continue to support doctors and scientists so that they can come up with innovative approaches to tackle it and beat it.

A number of teachers from The Colne Community School and College and The Philip Morant School and College will be running events to support this charity.  Mr Sharma will be having his head shaved,
alongside Mr Crane, Mrs Poynter, Mr Hankinson and Mr Suttenwood.  Mrs McKenna and Mrs Sadler will be swimming 100 lengths of Bannatyne’s pool in Colchester.

We are asking all family members, friends and colleagues if they would voluntarily make a donation and all monies received will go to Cancer Research UK.

We would like to thank you for your support.
