Ed Smethurst and Lynsey Greaves have decided to take on the challenge of the Manchester to Blackpool Bike Ride, over 60 miles in 1 day for The Christie. For those who are not an expert in distance, 60 miles is best described as "really far".

This will undoubtedly involve sweat (or rain), probably tears, sore bums, mars bars, a 6am start, sore legs (in Lyns' case), and sore ears (in Ed's case). 

Sunday is meant to be a day of rest, but as you can see, this doesn't exactly fit that description. So we would be really grateful if you could take the time to sponsor us for our efforts. The Christie is a great cause and they do a lot of fantastic work which is paid for by fundraising like this. If you want a real laugh you can watch us finish on the Blackpool Promenade. We may need moral support, counselling and hard liquor by this point.
