Story
This is our fundraising campaign for a new home for the EGA Institute for Women's Health at UCL/UCLH.
The EGA Institute of Women's Health (IfWH) is a joint venture between two world renowned institutions - University College London (UCL) and University College London Hospitals (UCLH). The Institute was established in 2004 with the objective of making a major contribution to the health of women, both in the UK and internationally, by pioneering research, effective, far-reaching education programmes and patient-focused clinical initiatives. The work of the Institute has already saved lives and relieved the suffering of many thousands of women and babies across the world. We are now planning an ambitious, ten-year global mission which will create sustainable healthcare initiatives in the developing world and establish collaborative programmes here in the UK, which will ensure that successful research translates directly into effective treatment of patients.
