100k Yorkshire 2017 · 17 June 2017 to 18 June 2017 ·
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
On the 17th & 18th June a team of blind veterans and staff from the charities Llandudno Centre will be undertaking the 100K Challenge, part of Blind Veterans UK's Ultra-Challenge series. This challenge will see us undertake a circular 100K route over the Yorkshire country side (see our route https://www.blindveterans.org.uk/media/1720/yorkshire-itinerary.pdf)
The varied terrain combined with the fact we will be walking through the night will make this a challenge for all of us, in particular our veterans who will also have the impact of their visual impairments to contend with.
Your donation will not only go towards ensuring Blind Veterans UK can continue to provide vital support, rehabilitation and training - it will also give our team the boost we need to complete this gruelling trek.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
You can also support us by sharing this page with your contacts within your email signatures and social media contacts.
