Spartan Super & Spartan Beast · 4 September 2016

People affected by prostate cancer need breakthrough treatments. Research is the only way to turn this hope into reality. Combining patient stories and scientific expertise, we fund projects that have a real impact, reducing side-effects, cutting treatment costs and ultimately improving outcomes.

Story

After completing the Spartan Sprint and Spartan Super in 2015, but missing out on the "Trifecta" medal because we didn't run the Spartan Beast, we decided 2016 would be the year we finally become true Spartan Warriors.

Having already completed the Spartan Sprint (5km with 15 obstacles) this year, we just have the Super (15km with 20 obstacles) and Beast (25km with 30 obstacles) to go!

As you may know, we aren't the fittest group. Alcohol and pizza usually takes precedence over any form of exercise. So this won't be easy. But the fact we're doing it for the Prostate Cancer Research Centre should make it that little bit easier. They're a fantastic charity doing some amazing work, whether that be cancer research, or supporting cancer sufferers and their families, they really are an amazing bunch.

Any donation you can give will be hugely appreciated and will give us that extra bit of strength when faced with obstacle number 30 at the Beast!
