Barrhead Travel staff are participating in a sponsored cycle around Millport on 9th of September 2012 in aid of friends of the beatson.
The B.H.T cycle club are going for a run
A jaunt round Millport in the sun
With well muscled thighs and stretched taut breeks
Aye rite,mair like bright red coupons and wobbly bum cheeks
Never mind as their reason is noble
And if a success ,next year they'll maybe go global
Their struggles and endeavours are for a good cause
Well worth the burning thighs and aching bawse
It kicks off at 12 at the George Hotel
Ten point five mile of blood.sweat,tears and hell
Though their leaving Mary Doll in the bar
She'll raise more money in there than the rest by far
The bikes are to be alloted at random
Though I hear Colin & Jackie are competing on a tandem
Thats a sight I'd pay fortunes to see
Especially if we could put it on Tee Vee
To the chubby,the skinny,the short and the tall
Good luck and safe journey to you all
The police have been alerted about numerous wide loads
So guys try not to block up Millports narrow country roads
So may the sun shine brightly on this special day
And may a cool breeze help you along the way
May all the hills ahead be a downward incline
