We offer care, support and information to anyone affected by breast cancer

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit the Jane Plan team's JustGiving page for our upcoming summer fitness challenge on the 4 July!

We always strive to highlight the importance of a healthy diet and lifestyle and the impacts on our wider health. Research has proven that obesity creates a higher risk of developing cancers and we want to do our part to highlight this issue. Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK. Both men and women can be affected so it's important to be breast aware. It's estimated that anywhere between 7% and 15% of breast cancer cases in developed countries are caused by obesity.

We encourage all of our clients, and our fellow colleagues to stay active and make good decisions when it comes to our diet to maintain a healthy BMI. A fitness challenge is a great way to work training into our every day routine!

We have gathered a keen group of walkers from our Jane Plan community who will be taking up the full 20 mile challenge, walking through the streets of London throughout the night.

We would really appreciate if you could make a donation and help this wonderful cause. Let's take action and take small steps to make healthier choices for the whole family!

It's not to late to join our team - email hello@janeplan.com or call 0203 441 6646 for details. We'll cover the cost of your £30 entry fee too!

Thank you in advance!

Team Jane Plan, x
