We will be dragging ourselves through thick mud; climbing over 12ft-high wooden walls; wading through shoulder-high bog water; piling over pontoons; scurrying under barbed wire; jumping into an icy loch; sliding into deep water; getting tangled in a giant rope web.

We might even bounce over hurdles; clamber up a tower of giant bales; feel our way through pitch-black tunnels; scramble over vertical cargo nets; dunk yourself under massive water pontoons; thrash your way up  steep loose slopes; get covered in mud, run hard, and get beasted!
