Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am riding the Prudential Ride London 100 miles to raise money for GOSH. I am training hard for the challenge doing about 200 miles a week. I am looking forward to going back to the Olympic Stadium as I was a Dove biker at the Opening Ceremony. Margot was born the day after the Closing Ceremony and has Olympia as one of her names. I am hoping to see Margot and my two Grandsons Oscar and Rufus as I pass through Richmond park near where they live.

I would also like to thank the many thousands who have swabbed for Margot  at Delete Blood Cancer.

My Granddaughter Margot Martini was diagnosed with a rare form of  Leukeamia last October. After 6 months in hospital and a Bone Marrow Transplant she is now home and recovering. Cannot say enough about the wonderful staff at GOSH. They need millions every year to run this hospital and I hope I can help in a small way.

Every donation helps Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity to provide the best facilities and equipment, research and develop new treatments, and support their remarkable patients and their families.
