We, 'Team MyMate', have entered the Macmillan Afan Monster race - which is a gruelling minimum of 75k enduro race in the welsh mountains of which 25k is uphill - "GULP".  

Everyone knows someone who has been affected by Cancer - and Macmillan is especially close to our hearts as they supported Mandys dad in his last few months of life.
