For a group of mainly novice cyclists, the L2P24 idea was cooked up in a bar by a couple of gents who fail to make the start line, leaving just a hardy few.

This was primarily a personal challenge for us all, but as preparation time dwindled before it started, anxiety levels increase and with the event just around the corner, we felt we may as well get some good from this.
