Change and uncertainty seem to be the new normal... This is the postponed 2020 cycle that was meant to be in Uganda. It was then postponed again in 2021 and this year, due to the Ebola outbreak it has been moved to the Western Cape. Another big difference is that Theresia is now at uni and won't be able to come due to midterms and Xenia due to school but we are lucky to still have Bernhard and our bonus child Teresita accompany us. 

This is the fourth time Martin and I get out our lycra for mothers2mothers - the only organisation we would do this for! 

m2m is transforming lives each and every day. Since m2m was founded in 2001 close to where we will be cycling, more than 15 million people have been reached with critical health services, and nearly 12,000 jobs have been created for women living with HIV. Our dream is to bring health and hope to families and communities, and create a thriving, healthy Africa. Your donation helps make this dream a reality.

Since the challenge’s conception in 2014 we have cycled 15,000km, and raised over £600,000 for m2m. In the Western Cape we hope to reach the milestone of 20,000km!
