Everton in the Community is one of the UK's top sporting charities and firmly established on the world stage of community sports development. As the Blues' official charity it is considered one of the Premier League’s leading community schemes due to the quality and reach of its programmes.

Story

On 10 November 2017, 11 brave members of the Marketing, Insight and Design teams will be taking part in the Goodison Sleepout to raise money for Everton in the Community. Last year’s event happened to be on the coldest night of the year, so it promises to be quite a challenge for everyone involved!

Everton in the Community work very closely with the most vulnerable and underprivileged people in the local community and engage with over 20,000 people per year, quite literally saving and changing lives on a daily basis. The Goodison Sleepout is specifically raising money to continue the fantastic work of 'Home Is Where The Heart Is'. We’re all very fortunate to see the work that they do day in, day out so it is a cause very important to us all. We have a target of £3,000 to raise, so any donation big or small is very much appreciated in getting us towards this.

The cause is so important to the Club that our whole U23 team and their Manager, David Unsworth, will also be taking part. The team did this last year too, so there are a few pictures in the gallery!

Thanks in advance from all of us (Ali, Jen, Nicole, Nicola, Marc, Mike, Tom, Beth, Kyle, Luke and Mark)
