Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Elizabeth Eman says; I have worked at the Neonatal Unit for almost 3 years and I am constantly overwhelmed by the bravery of our families and the commitment of our staff. Running 10k a day for ten days will be tough and exhausting, but its nothing in comparison to what our families go through.

Simone says; Following trauma of a bike crash in August 2017, breaking my right arm, following which I underwent emergency surgery to repair the radius with 9 metal screws and a 5 inch plate, I decided to set myself a fundraising challenge, to give focus to my rehab and determination to get back to normal.

All funds are going to the Neonatal unit of Birmingham Women's Hospital, where our little baby Oliver spent the first 5 anxious days of his life in an incubator, covered with tubes, in a very stressful situation for us. His care was  amazing at every level and I always wanted to say thank you and give something back.

Please give what you can! We are very grateful
