St John Ambulance Cymru is the first aid charity for Wales. Our mission is to save lives and enhance the health and wellbeing of Welsh communities. Supported by more than 2,800 volunteers, we deliver frontline services and vital support to our emergency services when they need us most.

Can you BARE it??? I have been roped into a festive fun run in Penarth on Sunday December 12th 2010!!!! And im sure a lot of you wont believe it either!!

Please please sponsor me to help our training department raise as much money as possible for St John Cymru Wales!!! As its each department competing against each other I need as many donations as possible (small or BIG :-) I dont mind) !!

Everyone is welcome to come and watch the event and witness how ridiculous we are going to look in our fancy dress costumes!
