Now im not sure how this happened but due to a unscheduled nap in my latest Retail Operations Meeting I find in the action points from the same meeting, that I have agreed to take part in the Wrap Up and Run 10k at Tatton Park on the 11 March 2012. 

It appears I may not have been the only one to drift off at the last meeting as a number of my Warrington colleagues have also been signed up for the event. I / We come to you now looking for some encouragement to go out and train in this shocking weather, as we all shake off the Christmas excess and focus on the task ahead. 

Our running team is called the Warrington Friday Fat Club as we have a reputation for enjoying a take out lunch on a Friday here in Warrington, you only need to take a glance at my picture to see how it has affected me in the last two years!
