I can't quite believe I'm doing this, but in February 2020 I will be testing my resilience in one of the harshest environments on the planet - the Arctic Circle!!

I'm taking part in The National Literacy Trust's incredible Arctic Challenge - a series of mental and physical challenges to raise vital funds to change the life stories of disadvantaged children in the UK.

I'll be learning new skills including dog sledding, ice fishing and completing a 25km cross country ski! Temperatures will be reaching -35 degrees and there will only be a few hours of sunlight a day so I'll definitely be pushed to my limits!

The biggest challenge though is fundraising, please support me if you can as every penny will help disadvantaged children in the UK who have little access to books or are struggling with literacy.
