On Sunday 30th June, a Cumberland team of Des Moore, Phil Ward, Brian Howitt, Allister Green, Adam Williams, Tom Little and Keith Melvin are taking part in the Temple Heelis Team Triathlon to raise vital funds and awareness for Brathay Trust.

This fantastic local charity aims to improve the life chances of children, young people and families by inspiring them to engage positively in their communities. 

The event is organised by Temple Heelis in conjunction with Brathay Challenge Events and comprises an 8 mile run, 10 mile cycle and 10 mile row on Windermere.
