The Brain and Spine Foundation has been a charity that we have all supported over the past 13 years by participating in events such as The Clacton Triathlon. It will be the 13th year that The Clacton Triathlon will be raising money for the Brain and Spine Foundation. The foundation was chosen following the suffering of Mark Bosanquet - Bryant, who experienced a tragic accident resulting in paralysis from the neck downwards and the loss of Ginny Westlake through a massive brain haemorrhage.
