Our Dearest Esther,

Words cannot describe how empty the world is without you in it. It has been a pleasure to have known you and for you to call us your friends. We have such amazing and unforgettable memories that will stay with us all forever.

We will find it difficult meeting anyone with so much passion and zest for life. You were a beautiful, generous person who was able to go out every night of the week and still find time for that 8am spinning class or cheeky half marathon...which some may call crazy! 

You were so passionate about giving back and helping others whether it was your family, friends or those in need.

In honour of your adventurous and incredible life we would like to raise money for the charities that would mean so much to you.
