As you may, or may not, know, we said goodbye to my dear Mummy on March 1st this year.

My heart is forever broken and so we are doing this in honour of her and for anyone else who has lost a loved one. So one day people won't suffer with this cruel disease and people wont have their hearts broken because of Bowel Cancer.

Listen, I am aware I am literally going for the shortest walk, ever, around London, but it's better than nout.  Don't worry, I won't get lost (classic Rach) because as much as I tried to lose Dave, years later he is still clinging on, so I a dragging him, Mykie and Harper with me.
