Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  The Shaw/Lewis families are reuniting in Aberdeen this week no and taking on a triathlon challenge consisting of 32 lengths of the pool, 20km bike ride and 5km run.  The Shaw's will do all 3 with Kate swimming and Al/Meg/Ab doing the cycle and run along with Kate.  Mark and Sam are going to run 15k as we can't get their bikes up from Wales on the plane and Sophie will also partake in and out of the different disciplines too.

We are looking to raise money for JDRF as the Cowie family have inspired us with their commitment since Adam was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and the way he has tackled it.  In exchange for your hard earned money no speedos will be displayed - something for which you should all be thankful!
