In aid of Breast Cancer Care members of the HR and Finance divisions of The London School of Economics and Political Science have teamed up to host what is set to be a fantastic Strawberry Tea on Thursday the 2nd of July. Not only will we (the aptly named Strawberry Shortcakes) be selling a range of delicious baking and giving staff the opportunity to win one of of many incredible prizes very kindly donated by local companies...

We will also be providing some entertainment that can be enjoyed by those not present, even those in different cities and countries!

Our very own Strawberry Shortcake; Leigh, will be styling it out in the strawberry suit pictured for the full event day; from the moment she steps out of the shower in the morning to the moment her head hits the pillow that night! Not only will she strut the streets of London in this envious outfit; she will ride the cosy central tube line to and from work in it (hopefully not becoming jam in the process) AND pick up raffle prizes that morning wearing it! As if that wasn't already challenging, our very own sally strawberry will do this all in what is predicted to be temperatures reaching highs of 30 degrees! 

We will document Leigh's day sharing her fruity experiences with all who sponsor her.
