In 2012 a group of friends and myself decided to grow a moustache for Movember - in banter, because one of the group lives in Australia we decided to create a competition between ourselves, at the time The Ashes were currently being played for, and so we created "The T'Ashes".

Since Movember 2012 we have now all been directly affected by the impact of two close people to us suffering the impact of Cancer, and this is our way of showing tribute to them for keeping on with the struggle to beat Cancer - Keep On Keeping On!

And so; we have decided to open up our competition to who ever wants to compete for The T'Ashes (whilst at the same time making a donation towards our cause). 

The T'Ashes Urn is a trophy that has the remnants of all participating players T'Ashes inside - at the end of the competition you send to us a cutting/sample of your T'Ash to place in the Urn

There will be an awards ceremony with a live link up to the competitors in Australia - details of this will be given nearer to the end of the competition.
