Update:
***£2500 is required for a dug well in Somalia. Al Mustafa have confirmed that the project will go ahead and take between 6 months to 1 year iA. However, we do require just a few more donations to make this project a great success iA.
Our dear Sister Aysha Razia Awan was killed in a tragic car accident on the night of the 26th June. She leaves behind her father, brother and many other family members and has been laid to rest by her mother and grandmother.
Those who knew her personally will know what an amazing, kind hearted and inspirational person she was. She had her whole life ahead of her and most of all was loved by everyone. Aysha has left this world upon the inevitable journey, a reality which awaits us all.
We ask Allah to have mercy on her soul and grant our sister jannatul firdaus.
We plan to set up a well in her memory. We will be raising funds for Al Mustafa Trust, to see more information visit the charity's website here:

"Whosever digs a well will receive reward for that from Allah on the Day of Judgement when anyone amongst jinn, men and birds drink from it."- Bukhari and Muslim
Building a water well is a form of ongoing charity, because the charity doesn't stop as soon as the well is built- the charity is continuous and ongoing each time the well is used. In countries where thousands of people are dying of thirst and are desperate for water. Imagine many lives you could save.....
".....and if anyone saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of all of mankind...." Surah al-Maa'idah (5:32)
