Please would you sponsor Jol, he is taking part in the Oxford Half Marathon to help raise money for Helen and Douglas House, which is the hospice that looked after our beautiful son Kai in the last few days of his life.  Helen and Douglas House is a fantastic organisation, with a unique team of people who are there for you when you need someone day or night, and the care that they provided for Kai  and us as a family was outstanding.
