Take a moment to congratulate yourself for taking the time to visit my Plonk page. 

Cyril Flint is a befriending charity for the isolated elderly in Manchester: I'm lucky enough to send this to all my friends but so many people are increasingly on their own, particularly the older generation. The donations I receive will go directly to the charity to help fund their brilliant befriending scheme in Manchester.

I'm giving up all alcohol until Christmas Eve 2017 and I'm asking you to donate  just a few pounds to say "you can do it, it's really not that hard you silly thing". 

If you've enjoyed a few mulled wines already and feel a waft of sympathy for me then send some coins my way to keep the willpower going!
