Story

My name is Leanne,

I was diagnosed with a Phyllodes Tumour six months ago when I was 19.  I had two operations to remove the tumour and I now have regular three month scans.  My last scan was clear and I have another scan coming up in a few days.

I am very grateful that I caught the tumour early and I hope to raise some money by doing the 26 mile shine walk.  My aim is to raise awareness of Phyllodes Tumours as not many people know about them. I will also be raising money for research into rare cancers.

I would really appreciate if you could make a donation, as every penny counts.  Thank you :)

I am walking with Jack George, Robert Sinclair, Barry Tarrant, my Auntie .. Janet Wakelin and cousins Harry & Sully Lee. My Mum, Dad & sisters Helen, Ian, Lauren & Emily.
