Ben Smith and I, Tom Howell have set ourselves the challenge of a 130 mile cycle ride from Norwich to London within 12 hours. We are planning to do this on 1st April, (not an April fools joke.) We are going to have to be training hard over the next 2 months, we are really looking forward to the challenge. More importantly we will need all of the support we can possibly get from you for our chosen charity, donating for the funding of research and support for those unfortunate to be diagnosed with alzeihmer's disease.
